Directions to "The Diamond"
The Diamond is located at 707 Herra Street, Elburn, IL 60119.
Herra Street is West of Rte. 47, just north of Keslinger Road. From the east: Take Keslinger Road west; over Route 47. Turn Right on Thryselius Drive (1/4 mile from Rte 47/Keslinger Road intersection), go approximately 200 feet, turn left on Stover Drive. The Diamond is located on your left--it is a gray building with a green roof.
Directions to Wasco Diamonds' Fields
Anderson (Campton) Park is located about 1 mile west of the town of Wasco and 3/8 mile north of Rte. 64 (North Avenue), at 5N050 Brown Rd.
From the east: Take Rte 64 (North Ave) west about 4 ½ miles west of Randall Rd, through the town of Wasco, turn right on Brown Road (this intersection is directly across from Nikos Lodge), proceed north about 3/8 mile, then turn left into the park. The softball diamonds are at the far north end of the park, furthest from the entrance.
From the northeast: Take Randall Road south to Bolcum, turn right (west); after 4.5 miles Bolcum dead ends at Burlington Road, turn left on Burlington, turn right on Route 64 and follow as above
From the west, northwest, or southwest: Take Rte. 47 north or south to the intersection of Rtes 47 and 64, where there is a large gas station, then east on Rte 64 about 5 miles, turn left on Brown Rd, then as above.
